Bertie- 16 weeks- it's been a while

Hi everyone ...it's been a while since ive been on here ive been so busy with bertie and uni work etc however bertie is not so small anymore he has grown so much and he is such a little character!! He is good but he is a biter but not long now till he goes to puppy classes so hopefully that might ease him out of it a bit?

Since walking him he has always been good with other dogs....and people always wants to have a play , and he is a good walker too just lacks a bit of spacial awareness if anything!! He loves the car which was always what we really had wanted for him.
we have been really lucky and he is always getting compliments from people etc

also the thing we have found most with Bertie keeping to his cockapoo traits his his love and loyalty he has for me and the rest of the family!! i was poorly the other day and i was sofa bound and he layed on me and sometimes to the side of me the whole time bless him.

how is everyone and there poo's doing ??

Hi Kerrie-Ann,

Fab photos - Bertie is such a handsome boy a so big! He makes Saffi look teeny tiny and she's 21 weeks this week! Bertie has a lovely Cocker look about him.

I'm sure the biting will stop soon... Saffi has lost so many teeth recently so I'm sure Bertie will too. Have you tried a stag bar - Saffi loves hers!

Hi Kerrieanne.. greetings to Bertie from brother Pickle! We are still having a few problems with the biting and jumping up (oh and jumping on other dogs :-/) but are consistently saying NO and Pickle is led by his stomach so we treat him when good. He has been through Puppy 1 Class and we are repeating it elsewhere. They'll get the hang in the end. It's taken weeks for toilet training to take effect but in the last 5 days no accidents thank goodness.. he's also getting used to the car (and more importantly the camper van) although not keen but he puts up with it! Glad to hear Bertie is getting on so well xx

Hi, is this Bertie who is from the same litter as my Scout, from Joe in Essex?
They are growing up so fast! Scout spent yesterday in the paddling pool with the kids. Still to work out how to stop her chasing the cats but other than that all is going great. Bertie looke gorgeous, I'll upload some of scout when I get a mo

Yes it's scouts brother ! great to hear scout and pickle are doing well too!! and oh my he does look like jarvis doesn't he , l did think bertie was a quite a big lad for his age and in comparison to many other cockapoo pups his age, his biting habits arent as bad as they were i just cant wait for his two cainine teeth to fall out the the painfall bugers!!
