Hi there, we are new to this site so still getting used to it. We are picking up our very first cockapoo next Saturday so we are very excited. We have decided to call him Busby, although there is still a whole week to we get him so that could change. He is a dark apricot colour Which we wanted and he has a funky White stripe down the middle of his face. We are very excited ( especially are 3 year old daughter) but also a little nervous. Has anyone got any info on the first few days of him being with us? Like night times? Toilet training?

Can't wait to see little Busby! Somebody recommended using photobucket to me, you just make an account, upload a picture to it, then paste the URL on here The first few nights will consist of lots of crying when he's in his bed , it's so hard to ignore their crys, you just want to cuddle them! When Pippa was a puppy we used to take her outside every hour and reward her when she weed/poo'd and she picked it up really quickly and now she waits by the back door whenever she needs to go.

Congratulations, what a sweet name! Isn't it just all so exciting. There is amazing advice on here on this puppy forum regards all your qs. I've been reading up for weeks now and I still learn something everyday. Helps me feel that little bit more prepared, lol. Cant wait to see your pics.
