Ive been stalking here for a while, absorbing and learning as much as I can about cps.
Ive never had a dog for various practical reasons,but at long last persuaded my kind and very tolerant husband to let me get a dog.
I am sooo excited I can think of nothing else.
I saw his picture on the internet and it was love at first sight...he has a very slightly confused look, which appealed to me.
This was 3.00 am, (menopausal insomnia!!)...at 6.30 I woke my husband screeching "THATS MY DOG !!!".
After a couple of days rolling around the floor crying and begging and promising to do some housework, my beloved relented,and we collect him on friday.
problems to overcome; neurotic old cat,and a hen.
I just wanted to say a quick thank you to all who have contributed to this site..it has been so helpful..and I am sure I shall be on here every day with new dilemmas x

Hi there, That is great that you have finally joined....and congratulations on your puppy! do you have pics?? any details about him, how old, colour, american or english/mini cross???

Yeah your hubbie relented!! They usually do in the end. Some on here are currently trying for their 2nd or 3rd cockapoo so promising all things under the sun lol!! I was lucky as my hubbie was as keen as me .

Getting our Luna was the best thing we did so I'm sure you'll feel the same & I bet your hubbie will love hum just as much as you!!! Cockapoos are the best .
