The title says it all really. First visit to our vet - he's been given a once over & his 2nd injection. So one week until walkies for us.

We joined the Happy Pet Scheme which our vet runs & for a small DD each month they take care of all worming, flea treatments, free puppy socialisation, puppy clinics for weighing, money off all bills etc

He is booked in for socialisation for the next 4 weeks.

One question re lead - I've been putting it on him & letting it trail behind to get him used to it but all he does is chew on it. How can I walk him if he just wants to chew the lead ?

One week until walkies .. great news .. that will stimulate your little fella and walking your puppy/dog is one of the best parts of dog ownership ...

Once he gets into the big outdoors he will forget chewing on his lead as there are so many other interesting things to look and sniff at!
