Hi

Was wondering if anyone can recommend bedding for inside the crate?? There are so many different types I don't know what to get

Hi Lynne,

I'd certainly recommend "Vet Bed" it's brilliant. We suggest people buy 3 bits cut to the size of the floor of the crate. (One in use, one in reserve and one in the wash).

For young puppies - we'd suggest folding it in half and putting it at the back of the crate with newspaper in the front - until the puppy becomes crate trained (can be instant through to a couple of weeks).

we have a little fleece blanket as well as a foam matt that has a removable cover that can go in the wash.

Yes I think most people use vet bed..

Is there any places online that I could get this vet bed? And is there any certain ones that are best to get and ones to avoid?

I've been looking at some on ebay... Just search "vet bed". Some cheaper ones on there but not sure if the quality is as good?

So don't worry I wouldn't mind knowing the same, if there are better "brands/types" than others?? Don't want to get one that makes him poorly if he chews it while I'm sleeping..!

There are several types and styles but I'd avoid the ones you can buy off a market stall.
