Yes, take your puppy out and carry it ! Meeting people and hearing noises outside is important, obviously don't let puppy on the ground or other dogs that are not vaccinated come near.
Its good to go in the car as well, just to get used to it and all the noises.
Dogs that are vaccinated can come to your house as well
