They have slept like this on a few occasions now Turi but it is wen they are both relaxed. Most of the time Mackie wants play and Smokey is having none of it but I just leave them to it and they sort it out, usually wen Smokey gives Mackie a swift knock to the nose. If Mackie is annoying Smokey too much I tell him no as Smokey has urinary problems and the vet says this can worsen with stress. We do have a gate between the living room and kitchen which allows Smokey to get peace wen he wants. All in all though they get on pretty well.
