I would just say choose your breeder with great care, try and get a really good positive reward based trainer on board at this stage and in the early days and have a backup plan in case the dog turns out not at all suited to that lifestyle.

I personally know of a similar plan where things went badly wrong with socialisation and the dog ended up extremely nervous and no way would have been able to cope with a school environment.

Actually thinking about it you might well be better finding an older dog looking for a home where you can see the character and choose one who would really enjoy that sort of lifestyle.

It would take a fair amount of searching but finding the right dog is more important than finding a dog now.

It might be worth speaking to someone like Hearing Dogs as they used to rehome the dogs who fail their training and one of theirs may well be suitable
