Very cute photo 😀 Did your vet advise re diet? When we got Digby as a pup he had diarrhoea which the vet never got to the bottom (excuse the pun!) of. They advised us to go with rice/pasta and chicken for a few days to let his tummy settle. I know this isn’t balanced enough for the long term but it helped short term and he was soon back on his mix of dried and wet complete food.
have you tried wet food already? Others on here might be able to advise more.
