Hi everyone, im new here and hope you can help with a few questions?

We will be picking our new addition up in about two weeks. Have already decided to call him Eddie.

Now i need to make a list of all the stuff i need for him. One of my questions is what size crate do you recommend and best place to get one?

Any advice most welcomed

hey welcome. if you go for a crate recomended for a cocker size dog you should be fine. online is normaly cheeper. dont pay a fortune on a bed for him as he might reck it within the first week, lots of thin blankets wash up a treat and take less time to dry.

where are you getting eddie from wout colour is he. would love to see photos.

try freeads and up a gumtree etc
aswell as on line
pet stores can work out expensive if buying new

No pictures as yet, will post as soon as i get some....still trying to decide on names, we thought we were all agreed with Eddie but now like Indie and Cody too, he is a dark golden colour and more cocker than poodle, we saw mum and she was very light and such a nice nature, we spent over an hour with the family, Dad is apricot toy poodle.
Think we will put into a hat and wait until he gets home to make final desicion

Have got three crates. One in the house (larger than really needed) this was on offer from pets at home. One for the one car (local pet shop that is so much cheaper than pets at home) and another one for our other car, this one was cheap from ebay, Doggy Solutions, do believe they have an internet site/shop.

No longer have the large one in the house but always use the crates when travelling by car.
