Hello everyone, I've just joined this great site today and feel very excited at the opportunity to 'brag' about our new family addition.

Really enjoying looking through the photos of all your lovely puppies/dogs. There are so many photos on here that are just like my Abbie. She is our first dog and boy what an amazing decision. I am totally besotted by her and shocked at the strength of the bond.

I am hoping to do agility training with her in the future, any one else doing that? Abbie has been easy to train for the basics but would love to hear how they fair at agility.

Hi and welcome, congratulations on your puppy!!
Weller and I started agility last summer he loved it and was a natural as for me I loved it but was pretty useless but it is great fun, I can definately recommend it. We are waiting for the lighter evenings again as our classes are too early in the winter and we will get back to it :)

Welcome to you and Abbey. My pup and I had a wee taster session of agility and she loved it :) We can't go until Easter time, as they don't have puppy classes :( In the meantime, I am going to buy some poles and cones on ebay; i have a tunnel from when my kids were wee and we're going to set up in the garden :). If you take a look at the website below, you'll find a photographic step by step guide on training for agility (by an ex RAF dog handler and trainer)
Have fun with Abbey, hope to see some pics :D
