Hi, ruby is 6 months and I'm thinking about getting her haircut. Before we got her we both agreed we would want her to have a cocker spaniel cut with a short face and back longer hair on legs, ears and tail. We have got so used to her fluffy face I'm wondering if it would bf a mistake to cut it now. When will she get her adult cut? Is it best to wait till then.

its up to you, but most cockapoos tend to have a very poodle face when clipped in. but its a personal choice, it will always grow back it just takes a while.

the only way you will know if you like it is to go for it. but just be certen that is waht you want.

you could always just trim her beard short without actualy shaving it, more cocker owners are leaving the top not hairy. i like the short body short, but i dont think i could ever take their beards away.
