Hello. I just want to introduce our new family addition, Bailey. He is now 10 1/2 weeks old and is just adorable. He is both a bundle of joy and a bundle of energy. My wife and I just wish we could get him to stop biting us. I am sure he thinks we are just litter mates.

Anyway, we look forward to many wonderful times with him and also look forward to participating in these forums.

Hi Steve and Bailey ... look forward to seeing your boy. I just used to have a toy at hand and as soon as teeth touched me exchanged my skin for a toy they soon got the idea x

You could also try yelping when he bites you and stop playing for a moment - that's what another dog would do. When Flo takes hold of my hand with the slightest pressure I still yelp and she looks at me as if to say "you humans are so delicate", puts her paws over her eyes then snuggles up to say sorry. I still let her mouth my hands with the lightest of pressure so she maintains a really soft mouth.
