Hello i'm new to this forum. We're looking for a cockapoo in the south east of England. Can anyone recommend a good breeder in this area. Surrey, sussex or London would be fine as well . x
If you find one let me know - they all seem to be quite away away for decent breeders - wherabouts are you?Hello i'm new to this forum. We're looking for a cockapoo in the south east of England. Can anyone recommend a good breeder in this area. Surrey, sussex or London would be fine as well . x
OOHHH How exciting we're getting ours hopefully end of june beg july from Anzils - they will be related :twothumbs:Thanks for the thread, its taught me a lot. We're going to get our puppy from Anzils, hopefully in the summer. My daughters friend got hers from there. Her mum said that the dogs were very much a part of the family, all had good temperaments, Anthony clearly loved his dogs and you saw the parents. He took the time to go through every thing and paid special attention to the detail, for example, he knew the puppy had a 5 hour journey home so he did not feed her too close to the journey. Her friend had got one from another well known breeder, who i wont name, they didn't see the parents and the puppy was sick in the car on the way home! It must have been fed i guess. Also he has had a recommendation from a vet which checks out. She said that all his dogs are well socialised with the other dogs in his house and that apart from the first half hour in the car when the puppy cried a bit, she then fell asleep for 3 hours. She's been great. She slept the first night, found her crate and just went in to it without a problem and has had no accidents. Also loves children, lovely temperament and loves other dogs! It's a long journey there, 5 hours, but I will stay the night and stop off somewhere on the way there to make the most of it. Oh, and when i spoke to him, he really cares that his dogs are going to good homes!
Top Mac do look good, but the trouble is they won't have any English crosses until October, and if there aren't any females in the littet I could be waiting another year. I have the patience, but i don't think my children do!
I want a cream/apricot boy ...... my house is full of males so one more won't hurt - i have looked into loads of breeders & i think Anthonys dogs temperaments seem (by what people say) fantastic, which i think speaking to people on here & at home is more important than looks (even though i love Alfiedoo on here - hope mines like him)!! What about you? That is exciting!!! What are you after, boy or girl, do you have a preference in colour?
