Good afternoon BreeBella has been with my Family since 12/28/10. I know it has not been long we saved her and with in a week of her being with us I realized she was in heat so its off to PetsMart to buy Doggie Diapers. I have 2 male dogs outside a Presa Canario Mastiff (Cane) and a puppy of his that is now 3 yrs old who is just as big as him (Brownie). What Bree has begun to do is cry so I think she needs to do the doo and she what she REALLY wants is to go play with the guys she has me so  her crying is getting to me and I tell her "no crying" and she will stop. When I let her out yesterday she would not obey moy come comand I have puppy pads out for her but because of her situation she goes on her diaper and she has pooped in my sons room twice. I have began to close the doors to all rooms so that I can keep a closer eye on her. Yesterday I left her in a room that has the puppy pads in it and punished her to see if she would go on them she made me so :proud: she pee on the pads and I praised her for it :) this morning I let her out and she did not need to go so I walked her around my yard for about 10 -15 mins and when I said "come" she looked up at the sky she is not listening any suggestions

do you know the owners of the dogs out side, if so i why are they on their own

have never had a bitch in season but the same thing happened t my brothers girlfriend who got her dog and a couple of days later went into season.

i would say not off lead even in the garden. get a long washing line if you want to give her more freedom, also you can practice your come command as with the line she cant refuse, you can just gently pull her in as an encouragement.

hive her some breathing time between the doggy diapers as if used to much they can cause a wee infection.

a season normally lasts about 3 weeks from the start of bleeding but going and extra week to be sure.

Thank you so much for the advice I have actually done the line already I beleive Dave wrote on his post to use the long 30 feet line so that she does not feel that she is on a line mine is not 30 feet but its a 16 feet one that is good enough for now Thanks for your help I will be making an appointment with the human society this week for BreeBella thanks a million :)
