It's probably not because you 'baby him' but because your boyfriend (whether he knows it or not) gives the dog clear signals and commands and is consistent so the dog knows what he wants him to do.
How can i get him to obey while walking
Why doesnt Max listen to me to statif i tell him to stay when we're walking? He only stoos when my boyfriend tells him to STOP! He walks next to him without running all over the place without a leash but if its with me.... I cant have him walk w/o a leash cause he'll run from me. Hes only 5 months old and my boyfriend says irs cause i baby him.... Is it that?
