Hi Everyone,
I've been reading up lots of great advice on here for weeks since we decided to bring a cockapoo into our family.
Hopefully (still cant quite believe its happening) we'll be bringing our puppy home on 10th September. She's only just over 2 weeks old now but we have picked her already because another lady on the breeders list was desperate to pick straight away so the breeder gave us the option to choose first.
We are so excited and cant wait to bring her home!
She is from a chocolate roan working cocker Mum X Apricot Mini Poodle Dad. My friend has her half sister who is gorgeous.
I'm 40 on Saturday and my mid life crisis cure was going to be either a tattoo, a motorbike or a dog. The dog won hands down!!
Thanks everyone for all the tips I've stolen already!!

Hi,
She's apricot with a White 'splodge' on the top of her head and down to her nose!
I have some pictures but they're from the breeder and as she's not officially ours yet I don't know if it's ok to post them or not?? (I'm scared to tempt fate- we love little Kipper already!!)

Hi
We're going to see her again on 20th. Can't wait!!
We are away just before that so thought we'd do the big puppy shop when we get back. The children (Cameron 9 and Phoebe 7) love nothing more now than a browse around Pets at Home!! Much cheaper summer holiday entertainment than a theme park- or maybe not??!!!

Mmmm....I thought not! Mind you, at least you don't have the queues there that you get at theme parks in the holidays- now that has got to make it a winner!!! (and MUCH more exciting!)

It's just the LONGEST wait, waiting for the day to collect your puppy, so exciting!!!!!! She sounds lovely, looking forward to pics:)
Hi,
We made the decision to get a dog in May but so that we knew it wasn't a 'rash decision' we decided to wait for a pup that was going to be ready in about Sept, then we heard that our friends Cockapoo's breeder had a litter due to be ready then- so we knew it was meant to be!! Seems like forever though!!

Looking at ILMC on Tapatalk while sitting in the queue waiting to get on the Plymouth to Santander ferry. Realised I can put a profile pic of Kipper on here. She was only 11 days old when we took the pic but I still think she's adorable!

Hello, from a 4 legged Pippa & me! As you may have noticed from thsi forum having a cockapoo is GREAT fun. Pippa is our first dog, we've had her a few weeks now and things are finally coming together - 'normal life/routines' almost resumed!! - except from keep on logging on here! :D Enjoy your little 'Kipper' and keep your chin up on those days that can be challenging eg. early wakenings & toilet training 'issues'!!??
Look forward to seeing Kipper grow & hearing your experiences etc

ENJOY

Hi JoJo,
We're off on holiday and we're going to see Kipper when we get back so I'll take some more photos then and post them on here. I can't wait to put lots on here but feel a bit nervous about posting them before she's officially ours! The breeder, Susan Hornyak (Dorset) has an advert on Breeders online at the moment. Kipper is one of the apricots in Triangles latest litter.
Can't wait to officially be a Cockapoo owner!!
