Kipper is 14 weeks too. I'm sure I read that they can't hold a wee properly until they're about 16 weeks.....so I'm kind of expecting the occasional accident. Bit annoying when he did it yesterday after going to the door, seeing the rain, and deciding the kitchen floor was a better option.... grrr...I would leave my shoes and umbrella by the back door so we can jump straight out at the first sign....but he'd just eat them! Think you're right about the positive encouragement Karen, we've let that slip a little bit too. As I also caught him right in the act yesterday I did say "no" and make him come in the garden with me anyway (so he didn't avoid getting wet, ha!!).

Not sure about the growling. Kipper does bark at me, when he's in those nippy moods; it feels like he's just trying to get me to play though, as he's wagging his tail and being all excited.

They're only little, I keep hearing by about 5 or 6 months it all calms down (a little bit anyway), so we're really nearly there, just a few more weeks. I guess we just need to keep up what we're doing. It'll all pay off in the end. Good luck!!
