Just a quick note ,anyone ordering make sure you check your delivery and card charge, they have got my order wrong and delivered more then i asked for (only noticed coz i couldnt fit it all in my freezer!!) They have charged my card more im assumeing its for the correct amount??

This has happen twice to me .

Funny you mentioned this. I think they have taken on some new staff and they are obviously still training. I rang through an order the other day and the lady who took the order was very new and she made a LOT of mistakes, took an age to process it and tried to overcharge me by £30. I know everyone has to learn but they shouldn't let new trainees loose until they are ready are are being supervised properly!

It is always manic when I go in there on a Saturday - I think they may be growing quicker than they can cope with.

im using natural instincts food loving it, but man, the puppys breath is nasty! mebbe its just coz im a veggie! lol x
