New cockapoo puppy

hello, I just got a new cockapoo puppy called Benson. He's nearly 8 weeks and bigger than my other dogs were at this age, just wondering what size a mini cockapoo should get to fully grown?

Also, he is puppy pad trained but I want him to start to go outside, how do I stop him from toileting in the house and train him just to go outside? I know he's really young right now and it will take time

Also, can I see pictures of other people's fully grown cockapoos? Would love to see what he is likely to look like when he's older
