Came across ILMC whilst searching for info on false pregnancy. Our Cockapoo, Lizzy is 16 months and had her first season a few weeks ago. At present she's very agitated, off her food, eating grass and passing loose stools. She gets lots of exercise but she spends the days and nights crying, whimpering, wowling and for the first time today howling! Her coat is very shabby and small tufts have dropped out.
We're not going to breed from her so will have her spayed quite soon.
