There are a couple of North East walks planned in January. We will be there on New Years Day, hope to see some of you there 
NEW YEARS DAY 2012 AT 11AM SEATON SLUICE.
Park near the roundabout next to the public toilets, walk will be about an hour and a half. Free parking and after the walk a trip to the local hostelry for some mulled coffee.
If you can't make the walk, do have a great New Year and look forward to seeing you on another walk in the year.
Date: Sunday 8th January 2012
Time: 11 am ( We will be there at low tide that will be coming in)
Walk Title: MESS Druridge Country Park
Duration: Between 1 to 2 hours or longer if the weather is good. At this time of the year you do need to wrap up well. Sand and sea water, there is a track around a fresh water lake also. Some stairs, alternative acess available to the beach.
Parking: Plenty of parking, there is a charge about £1.40
Facilities: Toilets, cafe, outside seating, bin for poop, a trip to the Farm Shop ( 1 mile) for their home made soup or Sunday lunch
