Well this is my last week-end puppy free. Next Saturday is D-Day and we fetch my boy home from Wales. I can't believe how nervous and excited I feel.
Have I got everything...have I done everything I should.
Is anyone else collecting a puppy soon ?
Carole I know you're going to Jandaz for Chester the day before me, are you excited ?

Hi Val, know exactly how you are feeling. I'm a bag of nerves and keep worrying that something is going to go wrong. Silly I know.

I have just spent the morning with my favourite cockerpoos - both from Janice and the reason why we choose her. They are beautiful girls - Molly and Lucy - so I took some photos. We do love a cockerpoo photo here I know!

Have you decided on a name for "red" yet or are you going to wait until you see him?

Omg!!! Same here!! Such butterflies ! I am picking my baby boy up on Wednesday. I am so nervous yet excited at the same time! I have double checked everything... Been to Pets At Home so many times I think they are starting to believe I have a make believe puppy lol! I have read books, read this forum religiously every day for the past few months my head is spinning!!

What is wonderful is that I know anything, good or bad, can be shared on here amongst others and to know that some where... Someone, is going through, or has been through, the exact thing makes is a lot easier :) good luck xx

OOh how exciting for you, I know just what you mean as I too have been reading and re-reading the books, stopping in every pet shop I happen to be near and spending FAR too much time on here! (but there is so much fantastic advice and support) and I still have 3 weeks 2 days before picking my baby up! So I shall just have to read how you guys are getting on with settling your pups in before its my turn. Good luck.xx

Hi Val,

Not sure if Lucy is an American cross, but she's a lot more poodle-like than Molly. I have packed Chester's travel crate for Friday:eek: toys, blankets, bowls etc. We are coming home via my Aunt's in Bath as we don't want to stress him out with a super long journey. I'm sure they will enjoy his first night away from home as much as we will (ha ha). Only a few days to go!!! Lucky Zoe, only two days for you!
