Now the snow has completely cleared and as the chooks had been free ranging I thought I had better go and clear the garden of poo! Nice...I know! You can't really help but consider the poo as you go along however despite the odd variation I was slightly shocked when I came across a red one! Not red as in containing blood....just a bright red poo! I have been trying to think what I have caught the little madam chewing lately but nothing red is springing to mind! It definitely was not chicken poo and it was normal in every way just bright red!

I will be checking tomorrow just to make sure it was a one off but a bit concerning....

Do you give Daisy any crunchy coloured chews? My husbands family used to run a market stall selling pet products and lots of customers would avoid the red crunchy sticks as they gave their pets red loose poo!!!

I have just remembered I took a red felt tip pen off her a couple of days ago! Completely forgot! I wouldn't have thought it would have made her poo that red but it makes sense as it was not runny or anything just red! Mystery solved but I will still be checking tomorrow's just to be sure!

oh how funny .. red poo .. I thought red cockapoo .. and it was Daisy, simply being Daisy and chewing the red felt tip pen .. oh Daisy be a good girl and stop worrying your mummy with red poo lol
