Rupert's wasp trauma

This is Rupert recovering from his first encounter with a wasp! Got stung on the paw while out walking in the woods and had to be carried home sobbing! Fortunately I remembered all the stuff about half a Piriton and iced water. Wasn't sure whether the iced water was to drink or put his foot in - so did both to be on the safe side. Then when we put him down and he started limping realised we'd soaked the wrong foot. So had another attempt - then realised we'd picked up the wrong dog! No wonder Rupert looks a bit long-suffering in the pic!
