OK . . a miracle that worked as I had to pull from 2 different sites!! That picture of the back garden is only about 1/2 of the actual size . . just wanted you to get an idea of the depth . . it has a lovely patio and large trees . . that little building is a garden tool shed . . possibly room for a lawn mower . . AND snow shovels!!! lol

 

Oh Thank you Donna!!! This is the first breath of relaxation I have taken in 8 weeks between finishing out a notice at work, trying to sell our home here . . AND buy one in another state that I have not actually seen first person . . these are photos my husband sent me!! I may be singing another tune when the snow begins . . but it sure is green and lovely right now!!

 

Soooo pleased for you Nanci, your new adventure can begin. You'll soon be making a new home for you and Freddie, fabulous. Sami and Carley are so lucky, that looks like doggy heaven.... That would be any dog owners dream plot x

 

Thanks Karen!! I am soooo giddy right now! We still have a way to go yet . . but I feel like the most difficult part is behind us . . no more hiding poo toys to keep the house totally clean for viewing!! YAHHH!! PHEW!!

 

You must be so relieved, you can start planning the good bit now without the worrying, I'd get a goat for that lawn though xxx

Thanks loads for the replies!!! I cant wait to see them in new surroundings!! Its been a very scary journey as we were all settled to thinking we were already in our forever home . . and close to retirement!! WOW . . never say never!! Freddy is comming home tomorrow for a visit . . it has been 5 weeks since he has seen them and he is soooo excited to be reunited for 5 days with his babies!!! They both had a groom yesterday and smell so wonderful . . waiting for "Poppy"

 

With that big yard you will have room for another poo....

Val . . the shed comment made me laugh out loud!!! Especially since I havent even seen the house myself!! Anyone (and their poos) are more than welcome to visit if in the Ohio area!! Really! And Donna . . . only you would have the nerve to mention #3!!! No Way!! These 2 keep me in stitches with entertainment . . but very busy also . . and after a 900 mile car ride with poos that do not travel well . . . you get the picture!! The escapade with them digging up the baby chipmunks definately convinced me I did not need a #3. lol And I have not forgotten about your visit to Ohio . . I hope your new job will permit you a little vacation time still. We will not be there until Mid September . . so keep me in mind for a meet up if we can coordinate it!

 

Must admit that while I was not sleeping last night I ws imagining your new yard after Sami and Carley have had a go at excavating - the odd half dug grave, mole recovery site and pool in progress, they will certainly give the yard that 'loved' appearence
Have an excellent time with Freddy it will be lovely to watch S & C greet their puppy Poppy!

 

Nanci your adventure is really starting and it looks so exciting! Your new yard is wonderful it looks so inviting bathed in sun what fun your poos will have in there! You could put up an agility course, get a couple more poos.......think what fun they will have in the snow!

Thank you for all the kind comments!! The shock has worn off now, AND the depression . . we are already planning all the family to come up for a WHITE Christmas! I hope it all works out! We have had 14 inches of rain here in Georgia in the past 6 weeks . . unprecidented for this area . . my back yard is a pond!! I have wiped feet bout a bazillion times . . 2 soggy towels have permanent residence at the back door!!
We are waiting for Freddys (Poppy to all grandchildren and poos) arrival, his plane was delayed 2 hrs due to rain! Good thing is we sure do have very green grass for July! This will be his gooodbye time for all my family . . bitter sweet! Thank you all again for your kind remarks!!

 

Ah Nancy, sad and exciting times all rolled into one, so pleased you have found a wonderful new home with lots of lovely outdoor space for your furbabies though, they are going to have fun charging about there - and helping you unpack all the boxes no doubt! It really does look lovely there, I'm sure it won't be too long before you meet some wonderful new friends and then before you know it christmas will be here (although I don't want to wish our only just beginning summer away over here!) and you will have your family around you again. Hope Freddy is with you very soon. xxx
