Hi guys,
I am very new to Cockapoos since I met my girlfriend who has a 2 year old Cockapoo named Dolce. He is a very sweet, borderline spoiled dog and we had started noticing a strange behavior (now please note that I know few about this breed)
A little background: He is crate trained and in previous weeks up until about a month ago he would get very anxious and excited to see us when we let him out of his crate in the morning, full of energy and ready to play.
What we have noticed is that nowadays he gets very tired and sleepy, and even in the mornings when usually he would be ready to "roll" he keeps his head down and is not very enthusiastic about moving... almost as if he just wants to sleep a lot and be lazy...
His eating habits haven't changed and his bathroom breaks are normal, he is very playful and excited when he is not spending his time resting/sleeping or just being very non-energetic...
So I just wanted to get some feedback from anyone who has seen a similar pattern, and whether this is something that we should be concern about? My girlfriend and I were just curious to hear what more experienced cockapoos might have to say about this...
Thank You!
