Good morning from Indiana.
I have a toy cockapoo.
Her name is Stella and she loves to bark. Anyone have ideas for her to stop or at least slow down on it.
She also has eye drainage that globs up a lot.
just asking for some advice.

For barking it depends what she is barking at, distract and give her lots of things to do will work in lots of cases. As an example my dogs know if they bark outside they are brought in so they don't tend to bark at things in the garden.

For eyes you need to wipe them every morning and try to keep the hair short around her eyes as that can aggravate things.
