I posted a while ago now just before I went to pick up Honey (our first ever puppy/dog). The last 8 weeks have been..how can I describe it.....an eye opener
really emotional but incredibly rewarding. I dont think anything could have prepared us for having a new puppy, all the reading and emailing friends and the breeder.
However, this site has been amazing and I dont know what I would have done without it. I have learned so much and got so many great tips and advice from here without even having to post. We let her off the lead from the word go as so many of you suggested and I have to say it is one of the best things to see her really running and playing with my boys. I cant even list all of the great advice that we have followed on here from toilet training to choosing tropiclean (kiwi and papaya
) to bath her with.
So..........a big thank you to all you lovely cockapoo owners. Oh Honey is now 16 weeks and is 5.4 Kg, measures roughly 12 inches to her shoulders, I have added some pictures of our sweetie Honey. (if the work!)
