Hi all,

I don't know if I should be concerned and if a vet visit is due but over the time we have had Bella we have inevitably had the odd accident inside the house. However, I have noticed over the last few days she wees very frequently! It started as weeing every 1-2 hours so we were mostly able to get her outside when we thought she was due but yesterday she went 3 times in a row, once every 10 minutes! Then it would be again in another 20 mins, then 30, then maybe an hour, then 10 mins again. Today she has started to do the same...I let her out at 10:45 for a wee and she has just weed inside 20 minutes later...

I am beginning to think a urine infection or is this just normal for puppies of her age? (10 and a half weeks).

Help!

Hi Rosie,

How is little Bella now? Did you get to the vets? I think I would have if it was a change in normal behaviour/routine. We didn't get Poppy until 16 weeks so I can't comment on what to expect from a ten week pup but fingers crossed you're sorted now X

Hi Marion,

Thanks for checking in I didn't take her to the vets in the end as the following day we were back to normal. I think I am a hypochondriac when it comes to my pets but it always turns out I was right to take them to the vet! If she had carried on like it the next day I would have definitely taken her in. She is doing really well with toilet training now, she even asks to go out bless her

Aw that's good, maybe she just drank too much the other day (I know that feeling )
