Toys for puppies

Hi I am wondering if anyone has had any toys that are really strong and that can take a lot of chewing. All the toys I have had for Oscar only last a few days before all the stuffing starts coming out, Im having to throw them all away. I haven't got him a kong yet but will do that and try some of the great recipes that are on here!!

The non stuffing ones are good, can't remember what they are called though! There is a thread here somewhere about them.... but they basically are soft toys without the stuffing!

Kongs are awesome for chewers :)
I was going to suggest the Kong!! they are great for puppies!!
Kong Wubbas were popular in our house :)

I buy the rubbery ones...chickens mainly, Betty loves them oh and also empty plastic bottles. (she never really ripped her stuffed ones apart as not that interested in them). Cows hooves are also good.
Ha ha ha yes mine have been very amused by a little brown plastic flowerpot :)

in its final days ... it had loads of little puppy teeth punchers in it :)
My Scarlett has so many toys! She absolutely loves Skineeez (the soft toys with no stuffing) and we are surprised at how long they last. She has a rooster that is her favourite toy, she plays with it all of the time, but it is still in great shape. She also loves her kong, and kong wubba which are very sturdy toys. She also has one of those knotted ropes and a "stick" with textured branches for teething puppies - these are both great.

Archie has a flower pot that he plays with in the back garden! We lovingly refer to it as his "playpen" as he has a very specific area that he goes to play in - by his own choice :) He has found in the garden and placed in his playpen:

* 2 x flower pots
* 3 x carrots
* 1 x quince
* 1 x piece of blue plastic (we have no idea how he got this or what it was?)
* 1 x red tea towel

I bought Archie 2 kids teddy bears from Sainsburys when we got him. They were £5 each and about 6" in height. He adores them and plays with them all the time. They get washed and shoved in the tumble dryer. They are amazing ... I cannot believe they are still going with no injuries!

That is sooooo funny as we have a huge garden which Billy loves to mooch around but one particular area where he has ruined the grass and tried to dig to Australia. There is an assortment of his toys in this bit of the garden and if we have a missing shoe or glove we always look in 'Billys hole in the garden' first!

Ruben has his 'playpen' spot in the garden too. He has his collection of toys that he will drag outside and then just leave there. This pile also includes dirty laundry from my teenage sons room! LOL

Ruben has a soft toy mouse that is filled with something crinkly, perhaps plastic bags, that he loves!
