Hi, I know their are lots of you waiting for your new puppies. This is a thing i have done from the start of having Roscoe. Brush your puppies every day this way you will find the coat dosn't get tangled. I spend 3 to 5 mins each day grooming. They get used to it and it becomes a part of their and your daily routine. Lots of contact with your puppy is essential, bathing is good too, not always a good experience to start with but they soon get used to it, wiping ear to keep clean from a young age too.

Also I walk mine on the lead around the house and garden to get them used to the feeling of the collar and lead before they were able to go outside. Now this may sound strange but I took them out for school runs and little walks but held them in my arms, so they would get used to the sound of traffic, kids screaming etc before they were able to go out for walks, it really did stop the first walk being such a new experience as they are already used to the lead and the outside noises.

I hope this helps some new puppy owners xx
