It has been an on going battle for last 4 weeks and I am sad to say George won although I secretly like the cuddles and hubby likes it too, yahay. I was soooooooo against him being on the furniture as our previous dog (a golden retriever ) wasn't even allowed in the room (feel guilty now).

We lost the battle on day 1. She sits on my lap with her chewy stick at breakfast, after tea and before bedtime.... The rest of the time ..... Daddy cuddles - that's if she's not hurtling around at 100 miles an hour.

Lol...we lost that battle long ago! I dnt mind her having a cuddle as she doesnt shed any hair and she is so cute i cant resist Actually we now have a bed battle if somebody leaves the stairgate open,my son found her snuggled on his bed and wanted to keep her there,but i dont intend to make that a regular occurance! I actually want a nightime cuddle on the sofa,but she wouldnt come up for one tonight x

I'm sitting in bed enjoying ILMC. Millie is sitting at the end of my bed all stretched out sleeping She will sleep in the hallway outside my bedroom when I actually go to sleep, although my son does keep his door open so she can have a sneaky sleep on his bed.
So I guess, we've lost the battle of the sofa and bed

:laugh: That really made me chuckle
My OH is determined to keep Pareto off the sofa, but I reckon he'll soften. Last weekend, in an attempt to preserve a Saturday morning lie in, he brought Pareto into bed for a cuddle. So methinks Daddy is as besotted with our ball of fluff as Mummy is
Although I don't think he'll be frequenting "that bloody forum" any time soon... he thinks I'm loopy, especially after saying "ta" to Pareto when he let me have his toy Kx
