If a newspaper or store is not a good place to get a puppy , then where is? I know that a store is not a good place either (from puppy mills). What are the other options? Any places cheaper than a newspaper (but still responsible & good), or is it more expensive. A place for small, non-shedding, not barky or jumpy.
