Hi, we are looking for a cockapoo to join us - can any recommend a breeder to me please? We are in sunny Bristol! Any help gratefully received! Thank you

Hello and welcome!
Have you thought about what type of Cockapoo that youl would like? English show or working or an american cross?
You can have a look at breeders and available puppies on www.breedersonline.co.uk and also have a look at The Cockapoo Owners website for advice on finding a responsible breeder and questions to ask them. Cockapoo Owners Club As a minimum we would reccomend that at least one parent is DNA tested for PRA but there are other health issues to consider such as hip dysplasia, FN and Luxating patellas. You will be lucky to find a breeder that does all this (all though I am not giving up!
) however health tests are a good place to start. Then start talking to the breeders and go and visit where possible. You will soon get a feel for the type of breeder that suits you.
