Put a puppy pad outside, lift all of those inside and take him out when he wakes up, when he has eaten, when he has played, if he starts to sniff around and at least every hour if he is awake. Praise anything inside the house and just clean up accidents inside with something which will get rid of all traces of scent. Never tell a pup off for toileting in the wrong place.
